§ Mr. Corbettasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection whether he will refer to the Prices Commission a fee charged by the M & S Employment Agency, 124 Gloucester Road, London SW7 4SF, of about £170 for the introduction of a nurse for temporary employment.
§ Mr. MaclennanThe Price Commission is responsible for ensuring that prices and fees charged by individual firms are in accordance with the provisions of the Price Code. If my hon. Friend has any evidence to suggest that the Price Code is not being observed he may care to send particulars to the Chairman of the Price Commission.
