§ Mr. Crowderasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will exercise his powers under Schedule 8 to the Community Land Act to cancel the declaration of a disposal notification area by the London borough of Hillingdon in respect of a site in Cheney Street, East-cote, Pinner, Middlesex, since the area concerned is very small and since the council has stated publicly that there is no compulsory purchase order resolution for the site in the short term.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettRelevant information about this disposal notification area has been received from the local authority only recently. My right hon. Friend will now proceed to reach a decision whether to exercise his powers under Schedule 8 to the Community Land Act 1975.
