§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that to date 912 jobs have been created under the Job Creation Programme in the Humberside County Council area. Eighty-four per cent. of the 149 projects approved have been sponsored by local authorities, area health authorities or nationalised industries and the remaining 16 per cent. by voluntary and charitable organisations. No projects have been sponsored by private employers.
