The question was also one aspect of the Scottish Office research project whose report "Local Housing Needs and Strategies: A Case Study of Dundee SubRegion" (HMSO 1976) was published and drawn to the attention of local authorities in March 1976. I shall make a copy of the manual available in the Library in due course.
