§ Mr. MarksNo directives have been issued, but Circular 17/77 drew the attention of local authorities to the benefits of reclaiming and returning to some beneficial use land which has been damaged by industrial or other dereliction. The circular describes the grants and sources of advice available to local authorities for this purpose.
