§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will advise the police as a general rule not to arrest Press photographers when doing their work and especially when they show their Press passes; and whether he will advise that care be taken to see that their cameras are not damaged or the films destroyed in the event of arrest and subsequent release.
