§ Mr. Edwin Wainwrightasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in view of the international implications that may result from the expansion of the reactor fuel processing plant at Wind-scale, resulting in an increase in the amount of plutonium, which will bring proliferation of weapons technology throughout the world, and also the possible danger of nuclear terrorist blackmail, he will take into consideration these issues, along with the feasibility of making a terrorist bomb using stolen civil reactor fuel when considering the recommendation of the public inquiry.
§ Mr. ShoreI shall take into account any matter which I consider to be relevant to the decision I am required to take on the planning application which is the subject of the inquiry.
