§ Mr. Alec JonesThe Gyffin sewerage scheme is being prepared by the Aberconwy Borough Council acting as agents for the Welsh National Water Development Authority. I am informed by these authorities that there have been difficulties over the design of the scheme. These are entirely matters for the authorities themselves to determine.
