§ Mr. MasonMinisterial approval has been given to the sale of alcohol to staff over 18 years of age as an ancillary to a meal in Northern Ireland Civil Service staff restaurants. This approval is subject to such facilities being requested by the majority of the staff employed in the building, to the agreement of the head of the Department concerned and to the agreement of the Department of the Civil Service for Northern Ireland.
