§ Mr. Harold WalkerACAS reports made under statutory procedures are all published. ACAS also carries out voluntary inquiries at the request of parties involved; reports of these may be published, subject to the wishes of the parties, where they are likely to be of more general industrial relations interest. Where ACAS makes a report under voluntary arrangements it is made available to the parties concerned, whether or not it is subsequently published.
