§ Mr. Alec JonesThe appointment of consultants is a matter for the Welsh National Water Development Authority, which will be responsible for carrying out any subsequent flood alleviation works. I understand that discussions have been held with a number of consultants who may be able to undertake the investigation and that an appointment will be made shortly.
