§ Mr. Warrenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what arrangements will be made by Her Majesty's Government to repay the increased tax and VAT on petrol announced in the Budget to garage owners who have petrol carrying these increased taxes in their storage tanks when these increases are cancelled on 6th August.
