Mr. Wigley

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are the estimated proceeds in 1977–78 from taxes on personal incomes in Wales, taxes on expenditure in Wales, taxes on capital in Wales, local authority rates and employees' national insurance contribution in Wales; and if he will express these sums as percentages of the corresponding United Kingdom figures.
