§ Dr. McDonaldasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will list the programmes of his Department which were subject to cash limits in 1976–77 and which are subject to cash limits in 1977–78;
(2) in the case of each programme, what was the amount by which Government spending on each of the programmes subject to cash limits in 1976–77 fell below the cash limits.
