§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions, with a view to prosecution, the activities of Interconair (UK) Limited for breaches of Rhodesian sanctions orders and regulations regarding unauthorised export of arms to South Africa by selling and by means of advertisement for sale of weapons including tanks, missiles, grenades and rifles, in its magazines "Armies and Weapons" and "Exerciti et Armi".
§ The Solicitor GeneralI have no information about the activities of Interconair (UK) Limited. If my hon. Friend would provide me with any evidence he may have of breaches of sanctions I will consider referring the case to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
