§ Mr. MillanThere was no net cost to central Government funds, since expenditure was more than offset by the proceeds of sales of special Jubilee coins. While I have no information about local authority expenditure on Jubilee celebrations, local authorities were apprised of the Queen's expressed wish that undue expenditure should not be incurred.
