§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) whether he will arrange, as a matter of urgency, for appropriate signs to be erected on the A494 trunk road in the vicinity of the Tan-yr-Unto bend, Llanbedr DC, Ruthin, Clwyd, drawing attention to the dangerous nature of the bend;
(2) whether, pending consideration of possible improvements to the A494 trunk road at, and in the vicinity of, Tan-yr-Unto bend, Llanbedr DC, Ruthin, Clwyd, he will make the area of the bend subject to a 20 mph speed limit.
