asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what is the allocation of grants between National Health Service regions, postgraduate hospitals, individuals and other purposes in 1977–78.

(2) what was the allocation of funds between the National Health Service regions and each of the postgraduate teaching hospitals in 1976–77; and what funds were allocated for national purposes
