§ Mr. Gwilym Robertsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will advise public and private sector bodies which come within his field of responsibility to insist on being given not only a price but also the United Kingdom added value for the goods they purchase and thus encourage them to purchase goods with a high United Kingdom added value percentage.
