§ Mr. Barry JonesThe rates of absenteeism from all causes, including unjustified absence, at the latest available date for maintained schools in each local education authority in Wales are as follows:
the mileage in respect of each, those trunk motorways or lengths of motorways in preparation, firmly programmed, under construction and those motorways or lengths of motorway in use, respectively, as at 31st March 1977.
