§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether he will publish the total amounts paid by the Bank of England to the lifeboat operation to rescue secondary banks for the years it has been in operation;
(2) how many secondary banks have been assisted in the period of the lifeboat operation; and if he will publish them in the Official Report.
