§ Mr. LuardMy right hon. Friend's Department furnished replies to a total of 149 Written and oral Parliamentary Questions in 1976 and, including my hon. Friend's three Questions today, has replied to 114 Questions so far this year. Exact figures for the years 1972, 1973, 1974 and 1975 are not readily available, but my Department replied to an average total of between 55 and 60 Written and oral Parliamentary Questions in each of those years.
