asked the Secretary of State for Trade when the remaining sections of the Insolvency Act 1976 will be brought into operation.

Apart from Sections 11 and 12 which deal with administration orders, all the remaining sections of the Insolvency Act 1976 will be brought into force on 1st October 1977.
