§ Mr. Clinton Davis,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 27th July 1977; Vol. 936, c. 221], gave the following information
The reply I gave to my hon. Friend on 18th July outlined the information which companies generally must disclose under the Companies Acts and related legislation and the Statistics of Trade Act 1947. I shall reply by letter to the further points he has now raised, as this information cannot be concisely summarised. Copies will be placed in the Library for the information of other Members.
