§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement regarding the application by Aquarius for a grant to operate a day resource centre for recovering alcoholics in Birmingham which was made following suggestions by his Department.
§ Mr. MoyleA proposal has been received from Aquarius which will be discussed with its representatives on 2nd August; but a formal application would require endorsement by the local authority.
