Mr. Trotter

asked the Secretary of State for Trade what representations he has received about the working of the Airline Users' Committee set up by the Civil Aviation Authority in 1974: and whether,

(c) Monkolor (London) Ltd.—default action is now being taken;

(d) Trucolor (Free Film) Laboratories Ltd.—annual return filed on 6th July 1977;

(e) W. & R. Trading Company Ltd.—annual return filed on 22nd July 1977.

In the cases where annual returns have not been filed the matter will be referred to the Department's solicitor if the defaults persist.
