§ Mr. JohnNo. A Member of Parliament, of either House, acting in his capacity as a Member, may request facilities to visit an individual prisoner. If the prisoner consents, a special visiting order is issued by the Home Office, and this is additional to the prisoner's normal entitlement of visits.
