§ Mrs. HartAs I informed my hon. Friend on 16th May, the Crown Agents have taken the formal steps necessary, prior to the institution of legal proceedings against Mr. W. G. Stern, for the recovery of his personal debts to them. These proceedings, which could ultimately lead to a petition in bankruptcy, necessarily take some time.—[Vol. 932, c. 27–8.]
