§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonweatlh Affairs if he will issue special instructions to persons appointed to ambassadorships who have not had diplomatic careers about the conduct of their office and the methods of forwarding British interests on first taking up their appointments.
