§ Mr. Ovendenasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will ensure that fuure trading agreements with Spain involve equal concessions on both sides, and that such arrangements do not unfairly discriminate against the British paper and board industry.
§ Mr. MeacherThe basis of the forthcoming negotiations between the Community and Spain will be balanced concessions by both sides. As regards paper and board, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on 20th July 1977 to the hon. Member for Clackmannan and East Stirlingshire (Mr. Reid).
