§ Mr. Les HuckfieldA revised version has now been prepared and I have today placed a copy in the Library. This discussion paper, which has been prepared by officials after consultations with senior managers, trade unionists and educationalists, is being made generally available. I hope that many hon. Members will read the paper and will be encouraged to promote discussion and positive action on the important issues it covers.
