Friend the Member for Glasgow, Pollok on 21st July 1977—[Vol. 935, c. 664–51—it is proposed to initiate consultations with interested bodies and organisations on the Committee's recommendations. My right hon. Friend will consider the question of legislation in the light of these consultations.
