§ Mr. EadieMr. Shepherd's salary as Chairman of the Midlands Electricity Board is £14,038 per annum and he is reimbursed travelling, subsistence and reasonable hospitality expenses incurred directly on the business of the Board. The only other full-time member, the deputy chairman, also receives a salary of over £135 per week. No record is kept of the average hours worked, since full-time members are available at all times to meet the requirements of the Board's affairs.
