HC Deb 21 July 1977 vol 935 cc641-2W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Attorney-General whether he is satisfied with the decision of the Director of Public Prosecutions not to initiate proceedings against Sir Alan Marre and others over com- plaints submitted in relation to allegations that a criminal conspiracy to pervert the course of justice had taken place over an investigation into the safety of invalid tricycles between March 1974 and August 1975.

The Attorney-General

I have no reason to think that such proceedings would be justified.
