Mr. John Hunt

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what amount of fee has been paid so far to the barrister who conducted the public local inquiry in respect of the new bye-laws proposed by the London borough of Bromley with regard to the flying of power-driven model aircraft in Norman Park and other matters; and what is the estimated total of fees to be paid to the barrister in respect of this inquiry.

The fee payable cannot be calculated until the report has been submitted and an account is received. No payment is made until then.

Mr. John Hunt

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has yet received the report of the public local inquiry held in Bromley in January in respectof the new byelaws proposed by the London borough of Bromley with regard to the flying of power-driven model aircraft in Norman Park and other matters, and when he now expects to give his decision on this report.
