Mr. MilianIn the year ended 31st March 1976, the latest year for which information is available, the cost of six telephone installations and four telephone rentals was met by the social work department of the Western Isles Islands Council. Information as to how many of these were provided to disabled people and retirement pensioners is not available centrally.
