§ Mr. Grocottasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the inmates of Her Majesty's prisons who have been continually in prison for the same offence for more than 15 years.
§ Mr. JohnOn 31st May there were 15 persons who had been in custody under sentence for more than 15 years. It would not be in accord with normal practice to identify these prisoners by name.
