Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will introduce legislation to amend Section 15 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974 so as to restrict participation in picketing, and the rights conferred on participants by law, to persons picketing at their place, or former place, of employment.
