§ Mr. Sproatasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will place in the Library the text of all circulars sent out by his Department to local offices of his Department or to local offices of the Department of Employment that dealt in any way whatsoever with the subject of persons on holiday in Spain being eligible for unemployment benefit while in Spain, within 12 months of 4th August 1976.
