§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he still adheres to the general estimates 164W of the amount of land acquisition, costs receipts and price per acre set out in the reply given by the right hon. Member for Deptford (Mr. Silkin) on 27th March 1975; and, if not, whether he will now give a revised version of the right hon. Gentleman's estimates.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe estimates given by my right hon. Friend consisted of a forecast of the amount of land needed for private development when the land scheme is in full operation and estimated average current use and market values of land at prices prevailing in 1975. On the basis of land scheme experience so far, I do not think that these broad estimates can be improved.
