(2) if he will publish details of the total number of children attending State primary schools in Northern Ireland on 1st June 1977 and of the percentage of the total number of primary school children in the whole province which that number constitutes.
§ Mr. CarterThe information is not available in the precise form requested, but the total number of pupils on the rolls of voluntary primary schools in January 1977, the latest date for which statistics are available, was 98,583–47 per cent. of total enrolment in primary schools at that date. The figure for controlled schools was 111,365–53 per cent.
