Mr. Clinton Davis

The Treaty of Rome already provides for freedom of establishment throughout the Community. However, differences in the qualifications required for the pursuit of a variety of professions and in the arrangements which govern professional activities in the member States can impede free establishment. Mr. Clinton Davis

Representations have been made to the United States Government about the CAB's rejection of British Airways' contract rates and bulk commodity rates. Their action is not the result of renegotiation of the Bermuda Agreement and the tariffs article of the new agreement will help to avoid such disputes in future.
