Friend the Member for Gloucestershire, West (Mr. Watkinson) on 24th March—[Vol. 928, c. 623]—the latest available estimate of the gross average cost, which relates to November 1976, is 49p. Taking into account income from meals charges the net average cost to public funds at present is 37p.
