Dickson MabonBritish Gas accepts responsibility for conversion of town gas appliances within Great Britain when the premises are converted to natural gas, and for 12 months thereafter Beyond that time it will accept responsibility if the owner of the appliance has moved house from a town gas area or if it can be shown that British Gas missed the appliance at the time of conversion or converted it unsatisfactorily.
