§ Mr. MoyleI would refer my hon. Friend to my reply on 24th June.—[Vol. 933, c.620–1.]—Until it is clear what effect the publicity has had on total consumption of cigarettes, and of low tar brands in particular, any specific action by the Health Education Council for that reason would be premature.
