§ Mr. VarleyI have received advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions that publication of this report would be seriously prejudicial to the criminal proceedings against Mr. Graham Barton; and my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General has confirmed that this is also his view. I have accepted this advice.
