§ Mr. Merlyn ReesUnder Mr. Speaker's chairmanship of both Commissions, the deputy-chairman of the English Commission is the Hon. Mr. Justice Walton and the deputy-chairman of the Welsh Commission is the Hon. Mr. Justice Watkins, VC.
Mr. W. W. Ruff, CBE, is the only other member of the English Commission at present, but I am appointing Mr. J. M. Drinkwater, QC, to fill the vacancy on that Commission.
