Mr. Tebbit

asked the Prime Minister (1) if, pursuant to his answer, Official Report, 30th June column 541, that a man should be free within limits not to join a trade union, if he will define the limits;

(2) if, pursuant to his reply, Official Report, 30th June, column 540, that until it was proved to the contrary that there was every reason to believe that people at Grunwick had been dismissed for membership of trades unions, he will state the reasons for his belief.
