§ Mr. TomlinsonThe Anglo/US Consultative Group has returned to Africa for further discussions. The Group will report back within the next few days, and on the basis of its findings, and of other urgent consultations now taking place, my right hon. Friend will decide how best to proceed with the present initiative.
