§ Mr. HoramThe Health and Safety Commission has published a consultative document containing draft proposals for regulations dealing with the mandatory display of hazard information on road tankers carrying certain dangerous substances. The Commission will consider the comments on this document before submitting to my right hon. Friend its formal proposals for regulations under 495W the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
